• FundWO is not liable for technical disruptions or loss of data beyond our direct control.
• The final decision on content retention or fund disbursement rests solely with the administration.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments are processed through secure, independent third-party electronic gateways.

• All donations are voluntary, final, and non-refundable.
• FundWO may deduct administrative or operational fees to maintain service continuity.
• Donors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment details.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend any account or campaign in cases of fraud or violation of terms.

• FundWO reserves the right to freeze collected funds until investigations are complete.
• Suspended users are prohibited from creating new accounts without express permission.

8. Governing Law & Absolute Authority

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from platform use shall be decided exclusively by FundWO administration. All administrative decisions regarding campaign management or account status are final and non-negotiable.
